Where Can I Pick up My Ordered WiFi?? [For Japan Wireless’s Customers]

1. Airport Post Office Delivery is available to any post office in Japan and pick-up is available during their operation hours. There are post offices at most of international airports in Japan including Narita, Haneda and Kansai Airports.

To pick up the package at a post office, please show your passport and the tracking number which we send you after the shipment is completed. (usually 1–2 days before the pick up date)

2. Your Hotel

Direct delivery to the front desk of your accommodation is available so you can receive the item when you check in. If you are unable to pick up the item at Airport Post Office, we highly recommend you this option. Please do not forget to provide the correct name for the hotel reservation!

**For those who will be staying at rental accommodation such as Airbnb, please read “4.Post office” section below.

3. Residence/Office

If you wish the item to be sent to your family/friends’ house/flat who resides in Japan, delivery is available if the correct full address and full registered name is provided. The package will be posted into a letter box/door post as no signature required for regular delivery so please make sure that the letterbox/door pocket can hold “25 cm x 34 cm” size package.

**The item can not be shipped out if the provided address is incorrect or not verified by our side. In that case, we may ask you to pick-up at your nearest post office in town instead.

4. Post Office

As well as at the airports, delivery is available to any post office in Japan and pick-up is available anytime during their operation hours.

To pick up the package at a post office, please show your passport and the tracking number which we send you after the shipment is completed. (usually 1–2 days before the pick up date)

For those who will be staying at rental accommodation such as Airbnb, please be informed that delivery is not possible due to Postal Service regulation, and instead we would like to ship the item to nearby post office.

If you are not familiar with post office locations, please provide us the address or station’s name so we can search the post office which could be the best option for your pick-up!
