The World’s First Official Doraemon Store “Doraemon Future Department Store” to Open in DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Odaiba, Tokyo

Doraemon Future Department Store (ドラえもん未来デパート) is the world’s very first official Doraemon store which opened on 1 December 2019 in DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, Odaiba, Tokyo! The shop is dedicated to Doraemon, one of the most famous and beloved Japanese animation/manga series in the whole world.

A wide range of Doraemon merchandise are available at Doraemon Future Department Store as well as an unique interactive experience using Doraemon’s secret gadgets that appeared on the stories. The store will be divided into 3 zones.

As entering the shop, firstly guests will be greeted by the adorable Doraemon. Then the first one is the Attraction Zone “Secret Gadgets Lab” where some of gadgets can be tested such as Anywhere Door and Takecopter. Then, it’s followed by the Customize Zone where guests can make their original merchandise.

The final stop is the Shop Zone offering a massive collection of Doraemon merchandise including Doraemon Future Department Store-limited items. There is also a section dedicated to books where you can find Doraemon comics and related books.

Doraemon Future Department Store is a new must-visit store for Doraemon fans!
