Starbucks Japan releases their Sakura Collection (drinware and beverage) every spring. Since 2020 spring STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY TOKYO (スターバックス リザーブ ロースタリー), one of the biggest Starbucks stores in the world, has offered an additional collection to their spring limited merchandise and beverage only available in that store.

In early 2019 STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY TOKYO opened along Meguro River, one of the most trendy cherry blossom spots in Tokyo, in Naka Meguro. The store is one of the biggest Starbucks stores in the world with a 32,000-square-feet, 4-story building. It was a success and one of the most popular spots in Tokyo since its opening. Because STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY TOKYO offers a wide range of beverages including coffee, tea, coffee-inspired alcoholic drinks as well as food and the merchandise that can only be found there, as well as several locations within the store that are perfect for Instagram photos.
