The popular Miyashita Park in Shibuya was renovated in 2020 constructing a whole new three-story building with a shopping mall, fancy restaurants and cafes, a hotel and even a rooftop park with sports facilities, the highlight of the space. After holding its first Christmas event last year the new Miyashita Park will celebrate christmas again in 2023. MIYASHITA CHRISTMAS PARK 2023 will run from November 10 (Fri) to December 25 (Mon), 2023.
Repeating the success of 2022 in the MIYASHITA CHRISTMAS PARK 2023, the Christmas illumination DECORTÉ Purple Lightup 2023 will be held in collaboration with COSME DECORTE. The entire Miyashita Park will be wrapped in a gorgeous purple color and a glowing dome-shaped photo spot will be set up. In addition the 2nd and 3rd floors of the commercial facility Layered Miyashita Park North will have purple-themed illumination, and the Hotel Sequence Miyashita Park will also use purple for the entrance lighting and Christmas decorations inside the hotel.
Every year during Winter in Tokyo they are a large number of Christmas illuminations taking place, and residents that have been living in the city for several years may feel that they are no longer wanting to see some of these events again one more year, but Miyashita Park Christmas Illumination is a recent one so it maybe an exciting new experience!
