Are you departing from Narita Airport?? If you wish to use your rental WiFi until the last moment before leaving Japan, you can return the item at the airport,too!

Return process of Japan-Wireless rental WiFi is really simple! You will only need to put all the items in a provided envelope and post it from any post box/post office !

Here is a post office/post box location information of Narita Airport!

Terminal 1 (2 post boxes available)

Location: 4th Floor (International Departure Lobby)

The post box is located on the left side of the post office.

Location: 1st Floor (International Arrival Lobby) nearby “C1” exit door and the information center.

Terminal 2 (4 Post Boxes available)

Location: 3rd Floor (International Departure Lobby)

The post box is located left side of the post office.

Post Boxes at departure gates

Location: 3rd Floor (International Departure Lobby)

Two post boxes are located in front of passenger security screenings at the South gate and the North gate.

Location: 1st Floor (International Arrival Lobby) Nearby “Central exit” door.

Please drop off your rental WiFi before entering the departure gates! There are no post boxes available after passing the gates.

If you fail to return the items before your departure, only option would be an international shipping from your country at your cost. So please be sure to return the rental items before your departure!
