GU and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba to Collaborate for a New Clothing Collection in 2022 Winter

GU is a popular Japanese fashion brand, which is a sister brand of the giant fast fashion retailer UNIQLO. GU offers a wide range of trendy, quality and affordable clothes, targeting young customers in their teen to 30s.

In recent years, GU has collaborated with the mega-hit Japanese anime/manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba for an exclusive clothing collection. The lineup included a range of fashionable items including graphic T-shirts, shirts, lounge wear, bag and socks for men, women and kids.

In 2022 winter, GU is once again teaming up with Demon Slayer for the 4th edition of their clothing collection, which will be released on New Year’s Day at GU stores nationwide as well as online store. With the theme of “Demon Slayer that can be worn even by adults”, the collection features special graphic designs inspired by scenes and character’s costumes and accessories.

The collection offers various items for the whole family from children to adults, such as sweatshirt, hoodie, pyjamas and bag. Here are some of items from the new collection of GU x Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba collaboration!

Items are available with various designs featuring popular characters of Demon Slayers such as Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Rengoku. As the second season of Demon Slayer animation “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba — Entertainment District Arc” began to air in October 2021, the collection also features a design of Tengen Uzui, one of the main characters from the series.

In addition, there is special novelty campaign available when you spend over 990 yen on the GU x Demon Slayer collection. At GU stores in Japan, first 25,000 customers will be given one of original stickers from 6 designs and 5000 online customers randomly chosen by lottery will be given an original tin badge.
