This iconic event, Japan’s largest outdoor music festival, is held annually at the stunning Naeba Ski Resort. It features over 200 musicians worldwide and offers a unique blend of global artists, breathtaking natural scenery, and an unparalleled community spirit.
Among the exciting features of Fuji Rock Festival is its official merchandise, which varies each year. People usually line up in long queues at the venue to get these items. However, did you know you can also pre-order from your mobile phone so you don’t have to queue for long periods of time?

One of the highlights of Fuji Rock Festival is the official merchandise, which many attendees eagerly anticipate each year.
The festival offers a variety of unique items, from the most popular items such as T-shirts (original T-shirts and collaboration T-shirts), towels, and hats to lesser-known items such as Keychains, camping chairs, and even original incense! Each is designed specifically for that year’s event.
This year, special commemorative merchandise will be available to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the festival’s location at Naeba.
The original T-shirts with the participating artists listed on the backside are a favorite among attendees. Wearing this T-shirt during the festival not only enhances the festival experience but also becomes a great memento afterward that will remind you of all the musical performances you watched!
Another highly popular item is the original towel. Towels are essential during the festival, so many attendees get an original towel at the venue. The Towels shown in the image above are 25th-anniversary Bath Towels.
Another useful item you can purchase is the “FUJI ROCK Tiny Chair,” as shown in the image above. If you frequent outdoor festivals, you know how convenient it is to have a chair with you during the festival.
One other peculiar item I would like to mention here is the “Incense stick set,” which is a unique souvenir inspired by each festival’s stage name.
You cannot forget about the Gon Chan merch such as the ones shown above. Gon Chan has become an iconic symbol of the Fuji Rock Festival.
Typically, festival-goers would have to stand in long lines on the festival day to purchase these coveted items. However, with the new Mobile Pre-Order System, attendees can avoid the hassle of queuing and securing their favorite merchandise in advance, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable festival experience. This innovative system allows fans to focus on the music and festivities while still taking home a piece of Fuji Rock magic.
The online order period runs from July 12 at noon to July 28 at 7:59 PM.
What is the Mobile Pre-Order System?
Fuji Rock Festival 2024 introduces the Mobile Pre-Order System for its official merchandise, allowing attendees to secure their desired items in advance and pick them up at the festival without the hassle of long lines. This system offers a variety of items, including Fuji Rock T-shirts, artist T-shirts, official merch, and exclusive items only available at the event.
By using the Mobile Pre-Order System, you can make the most of your time at the festival, enjoying the music and atmosphere without the stress of waiting in line for merchandise.
Remember, pre-ordered items are limited, and if stock is depleted before the festival, there may be no additional sales at the event. Additionally, a sample tent will be set up next to the merchandise booth, where you can check the design and size of the items before purchasing through the mobile site on the spot.
*Note: Artist-specific merchandise is not available for pre-order. Other non-pre-order items may also be available at the official merchandise booth.
How to Pre-Order Fuji Rock Festival 2024 Official Merch
To use the Mobile Pre-Order System, simply purchase the products through the dedicated website before the festival.
On the website, you can check all the available merchandise. When you find the product you wish to purchase, tap on it. This will take you to the product page, where you can select the receiving date and the product color, size, and quantity (if available). Then, you can add the product to the cart.
From there, you can either “Continue shopping” or “Proceed to purchase procedure” to complete your pre-order purchase.
Once your order is placed, you can pick up your items at the official merchandise booth during your reserved time slot. This ensures you get your desired products without the worry of them selling out.
The online order period runs from July 12 at noon to July 28 at 7:59 PM.
The pick-up location is the official merchandise booth near the entrance gate in the Yellow Cliff area.
Pick-up times are scheduled as follows:
- July 25: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- July 26: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- July 27: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- July 28: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
