Dolce and Gabbana x Jujutsu Kaisen Collection 2022
Dolce and Gabbana and Jujutsu Kaisen to Collaborate for a Collection in 2022 Spring
The dark fantasy anime Jujutsu Kaisen (呪術廻戦) is one of the most popular anime series in Japan in the last year. The manga, written and illustrated by Gege Akutami and serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2018 has sold over 45 million copies so far. The anime series has been aired on TV since October 2020 and a new movie was released in December 2021 being a huge success so far, marking the second biggest opening in Japanese box office history after Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba-The Movie: Mugen Train.
To celebrate the release of the movie we have seen several collaborations, such as the popular Japanese fashion retailer UNIQLO with their Jujutsu Kaisen 0 x UNIQLO T-Shirt Collection or a Jujutsu Kaisen 0 themed cafe. These types of collaborations are common in Japan with different trendy anime or video games, such as Detective Conan or Pokemon. But with Jujutsu is one of the few times that Dolce & Gabbana, the Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1985 make a collaboration with an anime serie!
The collection features cool and stylish original hoodies, t-shirts, pants, sneakers, accessories, etc. inspired in the main characters of the serie, including the adorable panda! It will go on sale sequentially from May 2, 2022 (Monday) in different stores nationwide, but the pre-sale starts from April 21 (Thursday) at the online store.

I started to like Japan because of the anime, music and doramas, but after my first trip to the country I found what I love the most: traveling around, the culture and history. I have travelled a lot in Japan, but I still have many places to discover that I want to share with you🙋🏼♀️ Let’s discover Japan together!
Also, as a foreigner living in Japan for over 6 years I understand what kind of things are difficult when you move here and I want to help other people in the same situation that I have in the past.
