Hilton Tokyo x Sanrio collaborate to bring a super cute Hello Kitty sweets buffet
Searching for something new to do in the city?? Afternoon tea and sweets buffet have become a trend in Tokyo lately. Hilton Tokyo will hold Hello Kitty in Sweets Gallery, a sweets buffet in collaboration with Sanrio character Hello Kitty, from May 12 (Fri) to August 31 (Thu), 2023 at the Marble Lounge on the 1st floor.
Hello Kitty in Sweets Gallery is the first sweets buffet collaboration with Sanrio’s popular character Hello Kitty. In a space decorated with pop and colorful Hello Kitty art, customers can enjoy Hello Kitty themed sweets made with delicious seasonal fruits such as melon, peach and mango!
The buffet table is decorated with 25 kinds of adorable and yummy sweets. For example, the Hello Kitty-inspired shortcake “Melon Holicism” is a luxurious dish decorated with plenty of juicy melon and passion fruit.
They also offer a playful lineup that includes: “3-apples Apple pie” which is named after the fact that Hello Kitty weighs as much as “3 apples”; “Hello Kitty’s Floral Ribbon mousse” which has a floral motif scented with elderflower; and the “Yellow Polka Dot Hello Kitty” which is a black Hello Kitty mousse with yellow dots.
Other offerings include gorgeous glass sweets and small-sized sweets, such as Bouquet for You, a jelly made with flower syrup and fruit; Lemon-Coffee ‘Palette’ Tiramisu, a refreshing lemon and coffee match and Hello Kitty cupcakes.
In addition to sweets, there is a full food menu that is perfect for a late lunch. A total of nine dishes are available, including Roast Pork with Apple Sauce, Lemon Zucchini Pasta, and Chilled Green Pea & Mint Soup.
