Ibaraki

Ibaraki is one of the three prefectures in North Kanto as well as Tochigi and Gunma. Hitachi Seaside Park, located along the Pacific Ocean, is colored by seasonal flowers in every season. The busiest season is spring with Nemophila festival. Kairakuen Garden is one of the most appraised Japanese traditional gardens. There are a hundred different species of plums blooming with a total of 3000 flowers in spring.
