Can you believe that fire rising up on a bowl of ramen?

Can you believe that fire rising up on a bowl of ramen?

Menbakaichidai, a small ramen restaurant in Kyoto, offers a special experience. You can witness a FIRE ramen which literally burning up just in front of you. The most popular menu is Negi ramen which is fully topped with plenty of green onions. For getting a chance of the experience, you just have to order the Negi Ramen.

The flaming ramen may be a little scary, but the master chef is very kind and friendly. He will kindly instruct you for your safety like “Lean back” and “Don’t scream or move in surprise.”

Why don’t you get excited in the quiet and peaceful town Kyoto??
