Genkai (玄海) is a long-established Japanese restaurant, serving traditional Japanese cuisine, mainly chicken dishes for over 80 years. Genkai’s significant dish is “Mizutaki” which is a common hot-pot dish in western Japan. The creamy white soup is made with long simmered chicken stock and has very rich taste of free range chicken from northern Japan.
