Tajimaya (但馬屋) is an authentic Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki restaurant located in Ginza area.
Shabu Shabu is a traditional Japanese hot pot dish with thinly sliced beef and vegetable cooked in boiled water or soup. It’s one of the best way to taste Japanese beef. If you prefer more sweet flavour, try Sukiyaki dish which is cooked in soy sauce-based sauce.
At Tajimaya, several kinds of Japanese beef are served including Tajima Beef, Kobe Beef and top rated Wagyu Beef, and all can be enjoyed in authentic Shabu Shabu dishes.
As well as Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki, Tajimaya offer a great choice of appetizer such as Sashimi, Beef Sushi, Salad. All dishes are served with selected seasonal ingredients. Also there is a wide selection of wine, Sake and Shochu to go with dishes.
