Disney Princess Exhibition in Japan 2021–2022

Disney Princess Exhibition “WHAT IS LOVE?” to be Held in Tokyo, Nagoya and Fukuoka

Disney is hosting a global festival “Ultimate Princess Celebration” to deliver surprise and joy, and various events and contents with the theme of “courage and kindness” will be available from 2021 spring to 2022 summer.

One of the events that Disney princess fans can not miss is Disney Princess Exhibition WHAT IS LOVE? which will be held in Shibuya, Tokyo this summer.

The concept of the exhibition is “WHAT IS LOVE?”. 12 princesses of Disney and Pixar movies (Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida and Moana) have different personality, characteristic and beliefs. The exhibition introduces the character and the story of each princess as well as the love that makes them shine.

The exhibition consists of 6 areas and features various methods such as image, digital technology, sound and scent, which visitors can experience using all five senses. There is also an interactive content using the AR (Augmented Reality) technology. Besides, there is a merchandise shop offering exclusive items with the concept and the image of the exhibition.

The exhibition will take place at Shibuya Marui (OIOI) from late June to late July 2021, then it will be touring several cities in Japan including Nagoya (August 2021), Fukuoka (January to March 2022) and Osaka (2022 summer).
