Yamanashi

Yamanachi, bordered to the east by Tokyo, is famous the most for the country's symbol Mt.Fuji. You can enjoy Mt.Fuji in various ways from climbing it in summer to photographing from the bottom of it. Fuji Five Lakes surrounding the mountain are popular sightseeing areas in Yamanashi, which offer breathtaking views of Mt.Fuji with its reflection on the surface of the lakes. There are a large number of onsen spots, and some of them have outdoor hot springs with the view of Mt.Fuji. Yamanashi also provides regional specialties such as Hoto Noodle and grapes.
