One of the most unique and bizarre things you can experience in Japan is maid cafe. It’s a big part of Otaku culture, and if you are into the underground culture of Japan, maid cafe is the place you should definitely visit.

The largest maid cafe company in Japan, Maidreamin (めいどりーみん) has 15 stores in Japan and 7 of them are located in the mecca of Otaku, Akihabara area. At Maidreamin, guests are served by cute mainds, enjoy chatting with them and eating decorated meals, desserts and drinks. Moreover, maids perform a live show every 2 hours. A cover charge is required to enter the cafe, though it’s a worth visiting fun attraction, not only for boys but also couple and families!
