EVANGELION CROSSING EXPO to be Held in Nagoya in 2024 Spring

A Japanese anime series created by Hideaki Anno, Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of the most popular anime around the world since its first TV anime series began airing in 1995. The Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise has created the original world view that transcends the framework of media including manga, movies and games.

A special exhibition, EVANGELION CROSSING EXPO (エヴァンゲリオン大博覧会) was held in several cities across Japan in 2022, which focused on the products that have formed the “Eva Culture”. After touring cities such as Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka, the exhibition will be land in Nagoya for the first time from February to April 2024, featuring over 4,000 works of Evangelion related products displayed at the venue including collaborations with other characters and brands.

Additionally, a collaboration cafe commemorating the exhibition will be opened at Manga Exhibition Nagoya, a 5-minute walk from the Nagoya venue, Telepia Hall. The cafe offers limited dishes and drinks inspired by Evangelion characters until 31 March. There will be also special collaborations with various shops, which will be selling products with the Evangelion character motif for a limited time. Some of Nagoya’s specialties can be enjoyed with Evangelion theme.

EVANGELION CROSSING EXPO will be held at Telepia Hall in Nagoya City from 10 February to 7 April 2024. If you are an Evangelion fan, don’t miss a chance to immerse yourself into the world of Evangelion through the exhibition and special collaborations this spring!
