Note: The International Arrival Lobby is located on 1F. To visit the Post Office at T1, please go to 4F .

Unfortunately, there are no post office located in Terminal 3. If you are arriving at Terminal 3, we strongly recommend you to pick up at Terminal 2 instead which is less than 10 mins walk from Terminal 3.

No, as we mentioned above, you need to bring your ID to receive the package.
