Best Places to See Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo: Tokyo Midtown

Tokyo Midtown (東京ミッドタウン) is a large complex site located in Roppongi, Tokyo. The site includes shopping centre, office, hotels, restaurants, residence, and many more, and it’s a similar site as Roppongi Hills which is located within the same neighbourhood.

Besides for shopping and entertainments, Tokyo Midtown is highly recommended to visit for cherry blossom viewing in spring time. Approx 150 cherry trees lines along the street along the building, offering a spectacular view of the cherry blossom avenue in the modern city skyscrapers.

During the season, a cherry blossom festival takes place at the site featuring special events and the lounge where guests can enjoy cherry blossoms with food and drinks. Also, a light-up of cherry blossoms is held at night from 5 pm till 11 pm. The illuminated cherry blossom street is one of best cherry blossom views at night in Tokyo.

If you wish to have a very special and romantic dining experience, Tokyo Midtown has several restaurants located along the cherry blossom site which offers spectacular views with delicious meals!
