An amazing place to share the moment with adorable owls in the heart of Tokyo. Animal cafes industry has been expanding in the past few years in Japan, where guests can watch and touch animals. The owl cafe “Akiba Fukurou (アキバフクロウ)” is one of the rarest places in the world where you can play with owls.

Since opening in 2014, Akiba Fukurou has sensationally been popular among both Japanese and foreign tourists, and it was chosen for the most popular tourist destinations in Japan by Tripadvisor in past years.

There are over 20 adorable owls in Akiba Fukurou. Visitors can enjoy being surrounded by these owls, take a photo session, touch and hold them. You can pick your favourite owl and take a picture together, then they will print it for you as a gift. The cafe has some strict rules which visitors must follow in order not to stress owls as no flash photography, no video, how to touch owls etc. Also entry to the cafe is limited only for small group at time so advance reservation is a must.
