Kyushu Jangara Ramen (九州じゃんがららあめん) is a popular franchised Ramen restaurant in Japan serving authentic Kyushu style Tonkotsu Ramen. Kyushu style Ramen is usually served with rich pork broth soup and local ingredients from Kyushu Region such as pickles and spicy cod roe. Besides the authentic Tonkotsu Ramen, there are a variety of Ramen dishes served at Kyushu Jangara Ramen such as Vegan Ramen with mild to spicy flavour as well as optional toppings.
