A special cafe featuring popular Disney characters, Donald Duck and Chip and Dale is opening for a limited time in Tokyo and Osaka in 2023–2024 winter. The Chip and Dale & Donald Duck Cafe will offer an original menu and merchandise with an unique and picture-perfect character theme.
Donald Duck is a Disney character first appeared on The Adventures of Mickey Mouse in 1931. Along with his friend Mickey Mouse, the cartoon duck character has been loved as one of the greatest cartoon characters in the history.
Chip and Dale are the character duo created in 1943 by Walt Disney. The cheeky and adorable chipmunk brothers have been adored all over the world for many decades.
The Chip and Dale & Donald Duck cafe features a variety of character themed dishes in a winter-inspired dining space with warm colours and retro comic art. The special menu includes as keema curry, sandwich, bagna cauda, fruit basket and acai bowl, and all dishes on the menu are low-carb, low-salt, and healthy, and made with Disney’s nutritional guidelines.
In addition, the cafe offers a variety of original merchandise goods with the special design using retro comic art such as stationery, towel, and blanket. There will be special gift for visitors with pre-booking, too.
The Chip and Dale & Donald Duck Cafe will first open in Tokyo (17 November 2023 to 2 January 2024) then in Osaka (22 December 2023 to 28 January 2024). Enjoy relaxing at the cafe where you can smile and warm up your body and mind during the cold winter!
