Established in 1884, Kanda Matsuya (神田まつや) is one of the oldest Soba restaurants in Japan running since Edo period. The historical buildings and the nostalgic atmosphere of the restaurant is very attractive.

Their simple yet fine Soba dish is made with the pride of the owner chef who is the 4th generation of Matsuya restaurant. The perfection for traditional Soba is worth trying once in a life time. The freshly boiled Soba noobles are available both hot and cold with various toppings.
