Roppongi Hills
Roppongi Hills (六本木ヒルズ) is a development project in Tokyo, and one of Japan’s largest integrated property developments, located in the Roppongi district of Minato-ward, Tokyo. This modern building complex consists of residence, office, shops, restaurants/cafes/bars, hotel, museum (one of the museums of the “Art Triangle Roppongi”, Mori Museum), cinema, observation deck, garden and so on, and it’s connected directly with Roppongi station. Additionally, there are temporary events and exhibitions held quite often in the site. You can easily spend a whole day there.

One of the best part of Roppongi Hills is the night view from its observation deck at 52nd floor (250 m), and the roof top observation (270 m) called “Tokyo City View”, offering a panoramic view of Tokyo city including Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree, and it’s often called “the most romantic place in Tokyo”.

Although it’s an ultra modern complex building, Roppongi Hills has a spacious green garden at the site called Mori Garden which is a traditional Japanese style garden and a popular spot for cherry blossom viewing during spring. Roppongi Hills is also a top spot in Tokyo for winter illumination and Christmas Market during winter. Roppongi is one of the most exciting and sophisticated districts in Tokyo, and Roppongi Hills is best spot to experience the ultra modern culture of Tokyo today!
