Shinjuku Restaurant Guide-vol.10: NABEZO Higashi-Shinjuku
Nabezo (鍋ぞう) is a franchised restaurant in Japan offering the great quality Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki dishes with all-you-can-eat style. Shabu Shabu is a Japanese hotpot dish served with sliced meat (beef or pork) and vegetables cooked in hot water or with dashi stock. And Sukiyaki is a pot dish with meat and vegetable simmered in sweet soya sauce.
For 100 minutes you can enjoy vegetables and meat (pork or beef) as much as you want! You can also upgrade the meat to Matsuzaka Beef with an additional charge. They provide fresh ingredients which you can enjoy with your hot pot. Moreover, a lot of kinds of soup base are available for hot pot including Sukiyaki, Soy Milk, Kimchi and more, so choose your favorite flavours.
There are currently two Nabezo branches in Shinjuku: Nabezo Shinjuku 3-chome store and Nebezo Shinjuku Meiji-dori store, and both can be accessed from Shinjuku 3-chome station within 1 min walk.
