Hogwarts in the Snow at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter is unveiling its first-ever Hogwarts in the Snow event this holiday season. Running from 8 November 2025 to 12 January 2026, this limited-time seasonal event will transport visitors to the magical world of Hogwarts during Christmas, offering an immersive experience with festive decorations, iconic holiday scenes from the films, and exclusive merchandise.
A Sparkling Christmas at Hogwarts
Step into the Great Hall, completely transformed for the holiday season. Last year, it was beautifully decorated with colorful ornaments and a towering Christmas tree over five meters tall. This year, more than 400 floating candles will be added, creating the magical effect of candlelight raining down from the ceiling, just like a scene from the movies.
The Gryffindor boys’ dormitory where Harry spent time with his friends will also be dressed for Christmas. The common room will feature a decorated Christmas tree, while the dormitory will be filled with students’ Christmas cards and ribbon decorations, creating a warm holiday atmosphere.
In the Harry Potter series, Hogwarts Castle and the village of Hogsmeade often appear blanketed in snow, with scenes of Harry and his friends spending time there. This year, the large Hogwarts Castle model, which fascinated visitors last year, will feature new projection mapping to recreate a scene of heavy snowfall, making guests feel as if they’ve stepped into the movie. For the first time, Diagon Alley will also appear in a snow-covered version, immersing the entire studio tour in the magic of winter.
In the Harry Potter series, Christmas has always symbolized friendship and bonds. This year, the Studio Tour once again brings these magical moments to life, from the candlelit Great Hall to snow-covered Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Castle, recreating the enchanting winter scenes from the films. Spend a truly magical day surrounded by the sparkle of Christmas at the Studio Tour Tokyo.

The 2025 Hogwarts Christmas Collection brings the magic of celebrating Christmas at Hogwarts to life. I started to like Japan because of the anime, music and dramas, but after my first trip to the country I found what I love the most: traveling around, the culture and history. I have travelled a lot in Japan, but I still have many places to discover that I want to share with you. Let’s discover Japan together!
Also, as a foreigner living in Japan for over 6 years I understand what kind of things are difficult when you move here and I want to help other people in the same situation that I have in the past.
