Tokyo Disneyland
This year, Tokyo Disneyland will debut a brand-new parade, “Toys’ Wonderous Christmas!”. This parade, renewed for the first time in 10 years, tells the story of toys from Santa’s toy factory coming to life to play with Mickey Mouse and his friends. The parade will feature six floats and will make stops in three locations along the parade route.
The park’s decorations will include a stunning 15-meter-tall Christmas tree in the center of World Bazaar. Additionally, Cinderella’s Castle forecourt will feature decorations inspired by the new “Toys’ Wonderous Christmas!” parade.
For a limited time, two popular attractions will get a holiday makeover. The “Country Bear Theater” will present its special Christmas version, “Jingle Bell Jamboree” from 1 November, and the “Haunted Mansion” will transform into “Holiday Nightmare” from 16 September.
Tokyo DisneySea
At Tokyo DisneySea, guests can enjoy the “Disney Christmas Greeting” in the Mediterranean Harbor. Mickey Mouse, Duffy, and other Disney friends, along with Santa Claus, will appear on a boat decorated with Christmas ornaments, spreading holiday cheer with festive music.
The American Waterfront area will come alive with atmosphere entertainment, including the beautiful harmonies of the “Christmas Carolers”, the musical stylings of the “Holly Jolly Trio”, and the lively “Holiday Wonder Band”.
A magnificent 15-meter-tall Christmas tree will be the centerpiece of the American Waterfront, creating a romantic atmosphere, especially when lit up at night. For the first time, the Mediterranean Harbor will also feature illuminated tree decorations, adding to the park’s evening sparkle.
Special Merchandise and Food
Starting 10 November, a delightful collection of special merchandise will be available. The collection includes items featuring Mickey Mouse and friends preparing for Christmas, as well as goods showcasing the adorable Christmas fairy, “Lil Linlin”, in new, gentle-colored costumes. There will also be merchandise with designs based on the new “Toys’ Wonderous Christmas!” parade.
The culinary delights of Christmas will be available from 1 November. At Tokyo Disneyland, festive menus can be found at “Refreshment Corner” and “Grandma Sara’s Kitchen,” while “Ice Cream Cone” will offer a special chocolate sundae.
