AFURI: Tasty Refreshing YUZU Ramen in Tokyo

Shibuya Restaurant Guide-vol.6: AFURI Ramen

Who thinks Ramen is unhealthy? then AFURI (阿夫利) is ready to blow your mind! Afuri offers authentic Japanese Ramen cooked with the finest ingredients such as meat, seafood, regional fresh vegetables and pure spring water from Mt Afuri. (which the restaurant is named after)

The Ramen in Afuri tastes totally different from what you had somewhere else. It has much lighter and delicate taste comparing to most of Ramens served in Japan. Try Afuri’s signature dish, Yuzu Ramen, served with chicken & dashi based broth and topped with a half boiled egg, a slice of pork belly, mizuna leaves, etc. The Yuzu flavour gives such as wonderful refreshing kicks to a simple bowl of Ramen 🙂

Also they offer vegan option, the Vegan Ramen served with seasonal vegetables and wheat noodle blended with lotus root (no egg)! The stylish interior attracts female visitors, too. The nearest Afuri store from Shibuya are is located in Ebisu, only 3 mins walk from Ebisu Station.
