Menya Musashi Bukotsu Gaiden (麺屋武蔵 武骨外伝) is a popular franchised Ramen restaurant, and there are currently over 10 stores in Tokyo. Their significant dish is “Tsukemen style Ramen” which is served with noodle and soup separately. Musashi attracts guests with their thick and rich fish stock based miso soup, which goes perfectly with thick noodles when you dip. Also the shop is known for its generous portion and guests can make the portion extra large with free of charge 🙂
