Minion Theme Cafe in Japan 2024

The Minion Themed Cafe “ALWAYS POPPIN’ SUGAR VILLAINS” to Open in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka in 2024 Summer

Despicable Me 4, the new film of Despicable Me series will be released this summer, and to celebrate this occasion, Minions are collaborating with a Japanese department store chain PARCO and opening a limited-time cafe at three stores in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.

The ALWAYS POPPIN’ SUGAR VILLAINS will offer cute and photo-worthy Minion themed dishes, desserts and drinks as well as original merchandise.

The cafe focused on the chaotic Minions and the new character Poppy. It will be an American themed cafe surrounded by cute sweets and motifs, with the theme of “Poppy and Minions’ Sweet Adventure”. There will be a wide range of cute and pop items on the menu, such as cat-shaped pink pancakes, ice cream float drinks with masked Minions. Some items are available for takeaway, too

Additionally, you can find a variety of items at the attached goods shop, including cafe original items with an exclusive design and official licensed products.

The cafe will first open in Shibuya PARCO in Tokyo (3 Aug to 10 Sep), followed by Shinsaibashi PARCO in Osaka (10 Aug to 17 Sep) and Nagoya PARCO in Aichi (22 Aug to 30 Sep).
