What makes this restaurant different from the others is the fact that you eat here standing. It is not suited for large amounts of people since the restaurant isn’t that spacious, but it is perfect if you’re going alone or with someone else. Therefore, this restaurant has become famous for being a place where you can come and eat Yakiniku alone (which is not the usual way to eat Yakiniku). It makes it easy for those who want to eat Yakiniku, but happen to be by themselves at that moment.

The ordering system is interesting. Every single dish is written in wooden plates. You choose and order from those choices. The prices start at an unbelievable 30 yen! Even the most expensive dishes are about 300 yen.

5、Nihon Yakinikuto Asakusabashi East (日本焼肉党浅草橋東口店)

The first thing people notice from this restaurant is its name, “Nihon Yakinikuto Asakusabashi East (日本焼肉党浅草橋東口店)”, which translates to “The Japanese Yakiniku Party (as in political party)”. I am personally a heavy user of this restaurant.

The restaurant buys an entire Wagyu Beef Cattle (Yamagata-gyu) and uses every single part usable for eating. This means you can find here literally any part of beef that you wish, and at a reasonable price.

The first time I came here, I was impressed by the wide variety of parts you could order. There were so many parts I haven’t even heard before. So, I was ordering while asking the waiters (Everyone was nice and knowledgeable).

When you order a part, the plate comes with a sign indicating which meat is which part. I thought this was a nice touch because sometimes you order different meat parts, but when the dish comes, you’re not sure which is which… It’s nice that you can know with certainty what exactly you’re eating.
