1. Highlights of the Tea Event
This tea event has three Topics: Tea Eat-in, Tea Bread & Sweets, and The Diversity of Tea. Let’s have a quick look at the highlights of each.
Tea Eat-in
As the name suggests, “Tea Eat-in” allows you to sit down and slowly enjoy delicious tea-flavored sweets and afternoon tea. You can have an afternoon tea set from Uzna Omom or a delightful Japanese tea parfait from Pâtissière MAYO. Moreover, Oscar Brekell, a Japanese tea ceremony master from Northern Europe, will be attending to share the charm of Japanese tea with everyone.
Tea Bread & Sweets
This topic revolves around innovative tea-flavored bread and sweets. You can purchase the seasonal chestnut Mont Blanc from Tsujirihei Honten. Boulangerie S.Igarashi’s Earl Grey and Ganache is also highly recommended. This bakery specializes in using Japanese domestic wheat and natural yeast, so don’t miss it.
The Diversity of Tea
The final topic focuses on the tea leaves themselves. You can taste various flavors from Japan, China, Taiwan, etc. SENCHAISM is a brand that develops delicious Japanese teas.
