2018–2019 Tokyo Winter Illumination: Odaiba Illumination YAKEI
Odaiba Illumination “YAKEI” is one of the most popular winter illumination events in Tokyo, which is held at DECKS Tokyo Beach, the large complex building for shopping ,dining and entertainments. Moreover, the special Christmas event is held at the site, collaborating with the popular Sanrio character, Cinnamoroll! Don’t miss the super cute Cinnamoroll special food and drinks this christmas!
The popular shopping mall in Odaiba, DECKS Tokyo Beach hosts an annual winter illumination event, Odaiba Illumination YAKEI from November to January. The illumination can be enjoyed at DECKS Tokyo Beach through the year, but it will changed to special winter version and offer more spectacular view.
Illumination is set at the Seaside Deck on 3F of DECKS Tokyo Beach lined with over 40 illuminated trees for 200 m and the 20 m tall Christmas Tree. Odaiba Illumination is one of the most romantic winter illuminations in Tokyo. Over 220,000 colourful LED lights can be enjoyed with the spectacular view of Tokyo Bay, Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower on the background.
DECKS Tokyo Beach hosts another special event for Christmas, collaborating with the popular Sanrio character Cinnamoroll. “Christmas with Cinnamoroll” (Cinnamoroll to issho ni Christmas) will be held from 16 November to 25 December 2018. At two restaurants in DECKS Tokyo Beach: Tokyo Koi Terrace (東京恋テラス)(11:00~21:00) and ANCHOR (11:00~22:00), the super cute and colourful Cinnamoroll themed food and drink menu will be available.
Besides the food and drink menu, there will be also special Cinnamoroll events and photo spots such as Cinnamoroll Wagon and Cinnamoroll Greeting which are available for Free!
