Andy’s Shin Hinomoto (アンディーズ 新日の基) is an Izakaya style restaurant located under the train tracks, serving traditional Japanese pub dishes and fresh seafood from Tsukiji Market. This nostalgic Japanese Izakaya is surprisingly run by a British guy who has been dealing with seafood from the local market for over 20 years. It’s always crowded with both Japanese and foreign customers and everyone enjoys delicious meal in the traditional Izakaya with a global atmosphere!
