Tokyo Winter Illumination: Yebisu Garden Place Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS
        Yebisu Garden Place Winter Illumination is an annual winter illumination event held at Yebisu Garden Place (恵比寿ガーデンプレイス) in Ebisu, Tokyo. It’s one of the most popular and longest-running winter illumination events in Tokyo, which has been held for over 20 years. The event is back in winter 2025, running from 8 November 2025 until 12 January 2026.
Yebisu Garden Place’s winter illumination for 2025, “Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS” features the gorgeous Baccarat chandelier made with approx 8,500 pieces of crystal and 250 light bulbs. With a height of 5m and a width of 3m, it’s one of the largest chandeliers in the world and its production requires the skills of master craftsmen including 13 of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) and takes 15,000 hours to complete. The chandelier will be displayed everyday during the season.
Several spots in Yebisu Garden Place, such as Entrance Pavilion, Slope Promenade and Chateau Square, will be also illuminated with approx 100,000 champagne gold LED lights during winter, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the venue. At the Clock Square, there will be a 10m tall Christmas tree decorated with over 300 ornaments. A Christmas Market will also be held, offering holiday-themed goods and seasonal food and beverages. The market will operate from 8 November to 25 December, with hours varying by location.
Yebisu Garden Place is complex buildings that has many facilities such as shops, restaurants, museums, etc. It’s located within a short walk from JR Ebisu Station, and it’s very easy to access from the popular tourist districts, Shibuya and Harajuku.
Yebisu Garden Place Winter Illumination transforms Ebisu Garden Place into a sparkling winter wonderland, inviting visitors to experience the joy and beauty of the season.
