Starbucks Japan is famous for its highly anticipated seasonal releases, and the Christmas collection is a festive favourite that fans eagerly await every year. For the 2025 holiday season, Starbucks Japan is unveiling its “JOYFUL MEDLEY” theme, blending the classic flavours of the season with delightful new creations. The festive lineup, featuring new Frappuccinos, lattes, and sweet treats, will be available from 1 November 2025.

This year’s star is the “Joyful Medley” tea, a returning winter favourite with a unique twist. It’s a cheerful blend of robust black tea, smooth oolong, and fragrant jasmine tea, infused with the sweet aromas of apricot and Western plum.
Strawberry & Joyful Medley Tea Frappuccino features the signature Joyful Medley tea as its base and mixes in chunks of sweet and tangy strawberry pulp for a delightful texture. The drink is finished with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries, making it as beautiful as it is delicious. One sip will fill your senses with the sophisticated aroma of tea and the sweet taste of strawberry.
Add a touch of holiday magic to your drink with the new Joyful Cookie Toppings! Get a cute, festive cookie placed on top of your Frappuccino or any iced drink with whipped cream. The cookies come in four surprise designs: a ribbon, a snowman, a bear, and a doll.
For a smooth and creamy treat, try the Strawberry Mousse & Joyful Medley Tea Latte, available hot or iced. This drink pairs the rich, aromatic tea latte with a fluffy and light strawberry mousse. It’s a heartwarming beverage where the fruity sweetness of strawberry perfectly complements the deep flavours of the tea, creating a truly blissful moment.
Also appearing is the Strawberry Cheesecake with parfait-like toppings for a rewarding treat. With its colorful and festive appearance that enhances the holiday mood, this irresistible strawberry-flavored cheesecake will be released on the same day. It is topped with strawberry-flavored whipped cream, a bright red strawberry sauce, and crumble, allowing you to enjoy various flavors and textures as you eat.

With the arrival of the holiday season, two beverages and a tea that many fans have been waiting for are making their return this year. The Gingerbread Latte is a classic Starbucks holiday season staple, inspired by the spicy flavour of gingerbread cookies.
The Joyful Medley Tea Latte is a gently flavoured tea latte made with “Joyful Medley”, a blend of black tea, the smooth sweetness of oolong tea, and the floral aroma of jasmine tea, accented by the brilliant flavour of apricot, and finished with steamed milk.
