Unfortunately, there are no post office located in Narita Airport Terminal 3 to pick up your ordered Wi-Fi from Japan-Wireless. If you are arriving at Terminal 3, Japan-Wireless would like to recommend you to pick up the item at Terminal 2 instead, which can be accessed in less than 15 mins walk from Terminal 3. Free shuttle bus is also available between the terminals of Narita Airport.

Business hours: everyday from 8:30 am~8 pm

Location: Terminal 2 , 2,3th Floor (International Departure Lobby)

Note: The International Arrival Lobby is located on 1F. To visit the Post Office at T2, please go to 2,3F.

No, as we mentioned above, you need to bring your ID to receive the package.

-My flight arrival is out of post office business hours/days..

If you are unable to visit post office during their operation hours, delivery is also available to your accommodations or any other opened post office!
