Tochigi

Tochigi, located in the north of Kanto Region, is one of the best side-trip destinations from Tokyo. The old town Nikko is filled with rich nature and historical shrines and temples which are known as Nikko Toshogu. It is also know as the perfect place to see autumn leaves. At the centeral city Utsunomiya, you can eat its regional specialty Gyoza dumplings. Kinugawa Onsen houses a great number of quality natural hot springs.
