Akita

Akita is located in the northeastern area of Japan’s main island and faces the Sea of Japan at its east side. It has numerous entertaining events every four seasons, especially various festivals in summer & winter and popular among Japanese as well.

Yokote Kamakura festival in Akita is one of them, a festival that started about 500 years ago, people build over 100 Kumakura and the scenery will take your breath away.  Akita prefecture is also famous for hot spring resorts in Japan, the Nyuto hot spring is listed in the best hot springs in Japan.
