1. ANA InterContinental Tokyo
One of Tokyo’s finest hotels, ANA InterContinental Tokyo (ANAインターコンチネンタルホテル東京) will host a seasonal Matcha event, “the Matcha Collection” from late April to mid July that features several venues offering special Matcha themed menus. The “Panda-stic” Matcha Dessert Buffet will be held at The Champagne Bar (3F) from 27 April to 19 July, offering impressive 40 items with 25 kinds of desserts and 15 savories including the tiramisu made with the finest Uji Matcha and Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, and three kinds of Matcha chocolate fountains offering to taste the different levels of bitterness. As well as the creative and delightful desserts and snacks, the venue offers the most photo-worthy buffet counter which is decorated with Bonsai trees, bamboo leaves and adorable panda figures. Make sure to take a lot of photos while spoiling yourself with the best quality Matcha desserts in town!

2. The Westin Tokyo
The Westin Tokyo (ウェスティンホテル東京) will hold “Matcha Dessert Buffet” on weekdays from 7 May to 28 June 2019. The Matcha themed dessert buffet will be featuring over 20 kinds of sweets which are made with the finest Matcha products such as from Uji and Nishio cities. The buffet will be held The Terrace, the all-day dining serving international cuisines in a specious venue with the open kitchen. The Matcha Dessert Buffet is available from 15:00 to 17:00. Moreover, the popular afternoon tea “Classical Afternoon Tea” at the lobby lounge on the 1st floor, The Lounge, will be served with Matcha flavour for the limited time only from 1 May to 30 June. The afternoon tea set is available only on weekends and holidays.

3. Hotel New Otani Makuhari
Hotel New Otani Makuhari (ホテルニューオータニ幕張) will be hosting a dessert buffet “SATSUKI Delicious Buffet~Uji Matcha~” from 27 April to 7 July only on weekends and holidays. The buffet features Uji Matcha, the finest Japanese green tea cultivated in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture. The gorgeous amount of Uji Matcha are used for the desserts at the buffet such as roll cake and tiramisu, and you can enjoy the unique collaboration of traditional ingredients and modern sweets. The buffet is available for lunch and dinner, and along with the desserts, various kinds of savory dishes are also served at the buffet including salad, roast beef, sushi and many more.

The seasonal dessert buffet, “Matcha Fika Afternoon Tea Buffet” will be available at Grand Hyatt Tokyo (グランドハイアット) from 9 April to 16 Jun, in order to celebrate the opening of MOOMIN: THE ART AND THE STORY, the Moomin exibition held at Roppongi Hills Mori Arts Center Gallery. The buffet features Matcha-flavored Scandinavian sweets and savories as well as cute and colourful traditional Swedish confections such as Semla and Princess Cake. The gorgeous Matcha chocolate fountain will also be served at the buffet. The Matcha buffet will be available at the all-day dining, The French Kitchen (2F) at the hotel. The first 2,000 guests of the Matcha Fika Afternoon Tea Buffet will receive a complimentary coaster that will be sold at the Moomin exhibition.
