Dessert buffets are hugely popular in Japan, which are usually held at restaurants/lounges in luxury hotels such as InterContinental, Hilton and Hyatt. Various kinds of dessert buffets are available through the year for limited time using delicious seasonal ingredients or with special themes such as strawberries, mango, Halloween and Christmas. You can enjoy the high-quality confections made with the finest ingredients by top pâtissiers of the hotels, moreover with all-you-can-eat style!

One of the most anticipated dessert buffets of the year is Matcha sweets which are in season in spring and summer.
