Ramen Ippudo in Ueno, Tokyo

Ippudo (一風堂) is a Hakata style Ramen shop established in 1985 in Fukuoka prefecture. Now there are franchised stores all over Japan and overseas. Ippudo creates true Hakata style “Tonkotsu Ramen” with rich and creamy pork broth soup topped with spicy red paste.
