Best Hotels near Tokyo Haneda Airport

Are you arriving in/departing from Japan from Haneda International Airport?? Along with Tokyo’s biggest international air freight hub Narita Airport, Haneda Airport now connects a large numbers of domestic and international flights to all around the world.

Although the airport is fairly accessible to the center of Tokyo, in case you are arriving late or trying to catch an early morning flight, it would be wise to stay over at/around the airport.

Haneda Airport has three airport hotels which can be accessed directly from the terminals, and several nearby hotels located only a few kilometers away.

Today, I would like to share my picks of the greatest accommodations near Haneda International Airport!

1. Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu

Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu (羽田エクセルホテル東急) is an airport hotel connected directly with Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal 2. The hotel front is at 2F which is the same floor as the departure lobby.

Various types of guest rooms are available from spacious single room to luxurious suite room, and from some rooms, the runway of the airport can be seen. Also guests are able to see the latest flight informations on TV in guest rooms. The hotel restaurant is open from 5am to midnight.

2. The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda (ザ ロイヤルパークホテル 東京羽田) is a 4-star hotel located at Haneda Airport International Terminal. The hotel is directly connected to the departure lobby on 3F of the terminal.

Cozy, stylish and modern rooms are available in standard or premium ranges as well as in various sizes. The great facilities are offered including a restaurant, a bar, a meeting room and a money exchange. For those who wish to use the hotel facilities for a short time, Refresh Room is also available which is a private shower room with sofa and TV. There is also a Transit Hotel situated in the departure area after passing the security gate, which is extremely useful for those who have transits.

3. First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1

First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1 (ファーストキャビン 羽田ターミナル1) is another airport hotel located at Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal 1. The hotel offers best value for the money as the cabin rooms are affordable yet extremely comfortable and the direct access to the airport is absolutely price worthy.

Their cabin rooms are available in two sizes: business and first class, and rooms are available for short stay from 2 hours use. Simple rooms, yet various shared facilities are available such as a lounge, public baths, shower booths, Powder rooms, a female lounge and more.

4. Keikyu EX Inn Haneda

Keikyu EX Inn Haneda (京急EXイン羽田) is clean, cozy and convenient hotel located right off the Haneda Airport. The hotel has been re-opened in 2017 autumn with brand new interior after completing a major renovation.

There are over 300 guest rooms in various sizes, all come with full amenities and free breakfast is provided. As the hotel is very close to Haneda Airport, some of guest rooms offer the great view of the airport. The hotel can be accessed from Tenkubashi Station within 3 mins walk, and there are free shuttle bus service to/from Haneda Airport’s each terminal.

5. Hotel Mystays Haneda

Hotel Mystays Haneda (ホテルマイステイズ羽田) is located near Haneda Airport which can be accessed within 20 mins by free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. It’s also near Amamori Inari Station by Keikyu Airport Line connecting to central Tokyo.

The modern and clean hotel offers spacious guest rooms in 3 different sizes at pretty reasonable rate. There is a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner from 5am to 11pm as well as numbers of local bars and restaurants located nearby.

Beagle Tokyo Hostel & Apartment (ビーグル東京ホステル＆アパートメンツ) is a budget-friendly accommodation located near Haneda Airport. It’s located near Otorii Station, which is only 8 mins away from the International terminal. The hotel also offers free shuttle bus service to/from the airport for guests.

The 6-storied building consists of the front lobby and the Teppanyaki restaurant on its ground floor, and wide variety of rooms from affordable bunk beds to family rooms depending on a number of travellers and budgets.

7. 328 Hostel & Lounge

328 Hostel & Lounge is a cozy, homey and affordable hostel located near Haneda Airport. It can be accessed within 5 mins from Anamori Inari Station which is only 2 stops away from the airport.

All rooms are dormitory-style with bunk beds (male and female rooms are separated) with shared facilities such as lounge, kitchen, showers and toilets. This friendly accommodations is especially suitable for solo travellers and backpackers.
