Universal Studios Japan Ticket and Pass List
How to Buy USJ Entry Tickets and Express Passes in Advance
Universal Studios Japan is one of the most popular places to visit in Osaka for both Japanese and international visitors. The exciting rides, the seasonal attractions, the unique atmosphere, and the great food are just some of the things that make this theme park such an attractive place to visit all year long.
However, there is one small thing you should know before going to USJ which is the different types of tickets and passes available. Getting the correct tickets for an amusement park in a foreign language can be stressful for some.
Luckily for you, I’m here to share with you the different types of tickets and passes you can get online. The websites I’ll be introducing are in English, so it will be completely stressless. And another good thing is that you’ll be able to get your tickets before even getting to Osaka, so once you get your tickets, you won’t need to worry about anything else and just enjoy your visit to this special theme park.
1. Studio Pass (Park Entry E-Tickets)
The first three passes on this list are the Studio Passes. These passes will let you enter Universal Studios Japan and enjoy any attractions. However, without an express pass, you will need to wait in line for more popular attractions (sometimes even for a few hours) and there will be some areas that you won’t be able to access due to too many people. You can book a Universal Express Pass separately to skip lines for popular rides.
*Note: Be sure to check the park’s website beforehand to see the pricing of the ticket for the intended visit day. There are three price options which are A (low), B (middle), or C (peak). Then choose the matching option.
